Integrity Manager – Life of Field Services

Reporting directly to the Global Inspection Manager as part of the Life of Field Services support team within Subsea 7 Globally.
 
The primary function of the Integrity Manager will be to develop and grow Subsea 7's Integrity Management service offering. Building on our current Integrity Management contracts by underpinning the growth of the department with the strong systems and processes required to effectively manage the integrity functions of our Clients.
 
The successful candidate will have a proven track record within subsea engineering and project management. They will be capable of managing discipline and specialist engineering teams as well as coordinating both internal and external engineering resources to meet the requirements and deadlines of our project activities.
 
They will have demonstrable ability to lead an integrity function and have been instrumental in driving forward improvements. Capable of strategic thinking able to deliver and implement organic growth orientated business plans whilst able to manage the day to day operations.
 
A proven leader, you will have commercial experience and a track record of setting the conditions for, and driving, significant growth.
 
Experience and leadership should have been established in the provision of service contracts for subsea and potentially topside inspections, corrosion monitoring, anomaly management, pipeline integrity,
 
The key responsibilities of the role are:  
  • Development and implementation of a world wide subsea Integrity Management business strategy Coordination and collaboration with our regional business units Identify and follow up on business leads then prepare professional responses to inquiries Developing client relationships Preparing proposals including development of costs, time and resources Capable of managing the subsea design and analytical engineering elements for multiple projects from conceptual through to detailed designs.
  •  Overseeing and developing our subsea Integrity Management service offering Experience of managing and coordinating staff job allocations Checking, reviewing and approving technical deliverables including reports, technical notes, drawings and engineering calculations.

Qualifications and Education
Specified Qualifications for position:
Bachelor’s degree or greater in an engineering discipline
Professional Engineering qualifications preferred

Experience
General:
Experienced project and line manager track record

Technical:
Robust working knowledge of subsea design practices for pipelines, hardware, trees, controls
Proven understanding of the integrity issues facing the subsea industry, i.e. lateral buckling, HPHT, equipment reliability, etc.
Subsea equipment installation experience would be preferred

Self Managerial:
Self-motivating, with the ability to supervise a team of engineers
Promote a strong HSE culture
