To attract new talent into the Bundle Discipline within the Central Engineering Department, we plan to recruit a Bundle Design Engineer, via the Subsea 7 Conversion Programme.

How do we do it?

Under this scheme, Engineers with transferable skills, from out with the subsea industry are introduced to subsea engineering and specifically Subsea 7 by undertaking a fast-track induction course developed to ensure an effective transition. After the initial training period, the conversion engineers then join their chosen discipline for practical on the job training, and in this case, that will be the Bundles Discipline.

Specifically, for the Bundle Conversion position, it will be advantageous for Engineers to have some previous experience of pipeline design; and that can be either Oil & Gas focused or indeed from other industries, including but not limited to water and utilities, nuclear, chemical

The Role:

The pipeline bundle engineer’s role covers all aspects of a project, commencing with early FEED scopes and business acquisition activities, through to full detailed design & analysis and subsequent bundle launch & installation.

The exciting role guarantees that you will operate within a technically challenging and innovative environment, with the opportunity to solve complex and stimulating problems that challenge the boundaries of conventional technology. Delivering R&D projects is also a main focus area for bundle engineers.

Pipeline Bundle Systems

Subsea7 is the industry leader for pipeline bundle technology and the nurturing and development of our technical expertise is key to ensuring the continued advancement of this technology on a global basis.
