Develop and maintain project ACWP report and cash flow to ensure compliance of Subsea 7 processes and procedures. Perform monthly project account closing and produce the report timely.

All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.

All personnel are also expected to contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.



The employee’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develops project ACWP monthly report with the supporting document of work done and maintain ACWP and generate monthly accruals to post in SAP;
  • Performs monthly project account closing and produce the monthly report timely;
  • Monitors and updates the actual cost periodically and analyses these costs;
  • Maintains consolidated cost and payment report for cash flow report;
  • Responsible for all project accountant functions in SAP such as: posting of accruals, POC calculation posting and reclassification if there is any;
  • Responsible for PMSR financial report data correctness including foreign exchange gain and loss and provide the explanation on variance;
  • Repressible for all reports and matters in related to accounting and ensure the reports complied with IFRS, internal regulation and local regulations;
  • Supports Lead Cost Controller for invoices and payment issues
  • Deals with internal and external auditors on audit matters
  • Ad hoc duties from time to time



Working Experience Preferred:

  • 3 years of Project Accountant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of project accountant experience in engineering and construction environment.
  • Must be fluent in the English language and be an effective communicator.


Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or ACCA


Additional Knowledge:

  • Require to have offshore construction and installation project management (preferred)


Computer / IT Skills:

  • High level of Competency in the use of MS Excel (Intermediate to Advance), Power Point and Word.
  • Experience in ERP System
