We are looking for a highly motivated person with a caring, committed and competitive attitude to fulfil the position of:

CAD Draughtsman (m/f/d)

As a CAD Draughtsman you will be responsible for creating and checking project specific CAD drawings to deliver our growing demand.

Main areas of responsibilities:

  • Produce and Check CAD Drawings, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency
  • Acting as main point of contact for the tender and project teams, dividing the drawing tasks between yourself and your colleagues
  • Preparing project specific drawings for projects and tenders with CAD:
    • Preparing of installation story boards with AutoCAD 2D
    • Designing the vessel deck layouts with AutoCAD 2D
    • Drawing light steel construction works with AutoCAD 3D/Inventor
    • Designing cable routings with AutoCAD 3D/Inventor
  • Revising and updating CAD drawings as necessary
  • Warranting that the engineering drawings comply with contractual- industry- and local requirements
  • Identifying and arranging project equipment/materials requirements
  • Providing valuable input and reviews for new software and CAD tool development if required


Preferred profile:

  • Degree with a mechanical engineering and/or naval architecture background
  • Proven experience with AutoCAD 2D/3D and Inventor
  • Fully conversant in English verbally and in writing
  • Resourceful and problem solving abilities
  • Social team player with hands-on attitude
