The SCM Technical Assistant will work under supervision to provide particular, defined aspects of the Supply Chain process. This may involve the purchase of goods, services and facilities, checking invoices or other SCM functions including Administrative work for SCM Department. 

All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.

All personnel are expected to provide leadership in code of Ethics and compliance with FCPA and Bribery and Corruption Acts.  

All personnel are also expected to contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.


Generic Key Responsibilities & Activities 

  • Operate within standardised SCM policies, processes and systems and leverage the systems side to support the provision of relevant and quality metrics
  • Under supervision, deliver to the appropriate standard the defined elements of the supply chain process as delegated.
  • Issuance of SAP Non Project Purchase Orders
  • Issuance of SES for Invoices on Non Project Purchase Orders
  • Performs administrative functions including routine reports, filing documents and correspondence
  • Work within cross-functional teams as directed
  • Support the whole SCM ME team with admin tasks reporting to the SCM ME Manager to define priorities
  • Support SCM team in Managing the Supplier Management System (approaching Suppliers for PreQualification Process, registration of Suppliers in SMS and coordinating with Internal Department for reviewing and completion of registration)
  • Maintain and produce Vendors ID for Aramco projects.

  • Educated to High School, HND or equivalent level
  • Previous SCM and administration experience in the relevant
