The QC Supervisor provides guidance and advice in regard to the effective management of quality assurance and quality control; delivering quality management and improvement support to all projects and Functions within the designated area of responsibility. 

All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.

All personnel are also expected to contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.

  1. Capable of supervising all offshore / Onshore QC activity such as pipelaying, Jacket installation, Deck fabrication, Hook Up, Pre-commissioning, Flexible & Umbilical installation, etc.
  2. Experience with client such as Saudi Aramco / QG / ADMA / ONGC.
  3. Saudi Armco approved QC supervisor with CBT passed in welding / Mechanical will be an added advantage
  4. Preparation & Review of quality construction procedures, PQP, ITP’s & Method Statement in line with Client requirements
  5. Knowledge of Procurement process, TBE, MR, IAP, etc.
  6. Planning & Conducting QMS audit as per Audit schedule at different phases of project.
  7. Conducting project specific training and job awareness to QC inspector and Project team.
  8. Conversant with international code such as AWS D 1.1 / ASME Sec I , V , VIII & IX / API / DNV
  9. Lies with offshore team to mobilize QC manpower for offshore campaign, conducting readiness review & KOM before start of offshore campaign.
  10. Monitoring day to day QC activities related to yard fabrication, Marine & HUC offshore campaign.
  11. Conducting Quality Assurance Audit at different completion stage of project.
  12. Ensuring project Quality requirements are maintained as per Client Quality requirement
  13. Supporting Quality function to meet KPI.
  14. He shall able to read ,write & speak English language.
  15. Knowledge of MS office

Professional Qualification           :- Certified CSWIP 3.1  / 3.2 or AWS

                                                       Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001 : 2015

                                                       NDT Level II in UT/RT/MT/PT

                                                       Coating qualification NACE Level I                                                                 


  • Operate within the Business Code of Conduct
  • Operate according to Subsea 7's Management Principles
  • Support standards and procedures for the Quality Function

  • Broad depth of Quality Management knowledge
  • Good level of general education required, preferably support by a diploma/degree in  Engineering/Quality Management
  • Industry approved auditor training
  • Broad understanding of Subsea products and operations
  • Experience of working within the subsea offshore or related industry, some of which must be in a dedicated Quality position
