Based in the Qatar on 6 months contract.

Reports to: Offshore Personnel / Logistics Manager or Offshore Personnel / Logistics Supervisor as appropriate

Position Overview: -

  • Responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate delivery of Offshore Personnel / Logistics service to customers within area of responsibility
  • Provides advice and guidance on the application of Offshore Personnel / Logistics policies and procedures
  • Ensures delivery within own area of responsibility operates within the requirements of all relevant employment legislation
  • Supports the Recruitment and Selection personnel process within assigned area of responsibility
  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance of data (manual and electronic)
  • Maximizes use of Information Systems to ensure delivery of accurate and timely information to customers
  • Participates in initiatives as and when required
  • Develops self and encourages development of others.
  • All personnel are also expected to contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.
  • Arrange Permits from Client for personnel.
  • Arrange travel Plans and Accommodation (COVID Protocol Quarantine and Normal Accommodation
  • Coordinating with Vessel Inward and Outward Clearance. Crew Change, Personnel Movement

KEY QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate / Diploma holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of similar operational logistics work experience
  • Ability to perform well under pressure with tight deadline
  • Ability to react to and support operations with 24/7 support activity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to relate with cross cultural management environment
  • Flexible with regards to ad hoc travel
  • Able to work independently in remote locations

AUTHORITY/DIMENSIONS

  • Operate within Subsea 7’s Code of Business Conduct
  • Operate according to Subsea 7's Management Principles
  • Support standards and procedures relevant to the Function
  • Proactive involvement in all HSEQ policies and proactive intervention in daily safety concerns

PERFORMANCE KPIs

  • Zero delays to logistics activities as a direct result of incorrect submission of documentation within control of this discipline
  • Number of formalized Project complaints against any/all logistics services provided, in accordance with Operations Department – Organization, Responsibilities and Mission’ Charter
