We are now recruiting for experienced QC Supervisors.

This will be based on day rate terms and conditions. Candidates must be eligible to apply for the relevant Saudi visa.

Previously Aramco approved candidates are welcome to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordination of Quality Control personnel at offshore as applicable;
  • Ensure that all project welding, NDT, grouting and coating procedures are available on the vessels;
  • Liaising with Welding Supervisor and Quality Control Inspectors to ensure that all necessary welding consumables and certificates, welding equipment and QC instruments and their calibration certificates where applicable, are available on-board;
  • Responsible for supervising welding activities during welder’s qualification and production welding;
  • Monitors and controls Welding inspection activities as per Approved Inspection and Test plan;
  • Ensures all the installation welding activities follow Approved Welding procedure (WPS);
  • Welding inspection (in process, repair and final inspection);
  • Verification of welding consumables and welding equipment;
  • Perform project material receiving inspection;
  • Management of project quality records for final documentation;

Key Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid CSWIP Level 3.2
  • Must hold a valid Opito approved offshore survival and OGUK medical
  • Must hold a university degree or equivalent with total of 7 years inspection experience OR a high school diploma with total of 10 years inspection experience 
  • Min 3 years of relevant supervisory experience of construction activities in oil, gas and petrochemical projects
  • Previous aramco approved qualification will be of added advantage 
  • Good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English 
  • Candidates must be eligible to apply for relevant KSA visa.
