Title: FID Tender Support Manager
Zoetermeer, NL Aberdeen (Westhill), GB
We are looking for a FID Tender Support Manager to join our Foundation Installation Delivery department in either Zoetermeer, NL or Aberdeen, UK.
As FID Tender Support Manager you are responsible for supporting the Business Unit tender teams, providing expert guidance, and delivering consistent, timely and high quality technical input related to wind foundation installation tenders and within Seaway7 standards.
What will you be doing?
• Delivering expert guidance on technical aspects related to foundation installation and heavy lift operations to internal team members and stakeholders
• Serve as focal point for the Seaway7 Sales and Marketing department related to Foundation Installation and Heavy Lift Vessel operations and understand the key drivers and requirements of each tender
• Engaging with Seaway7 Business Development Managers and internal tender teams and deliver technical input and feasibility assessments
• Maintain the overview of a multitude of vessel capabilities and limitations, while consistently seeking to expand those capabilities and overcome limitations
• Perform initial tender screening, and provide input to heavy lift vessel selection and installation method definition
• Review of tender requirements, specifications and schedules
• Monitor, forecast and coordinate departmental tender support resource requirements
• Review of Foundation Installation Delivery tender input with focus on consistency across vessels and tenders
• Work with the Foundation Installation Delivery vessel teams to ensure a timely, high quality and cost efficient delivery of tender input.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining a consistent process for FID tender support, and act as owner of the FID tender specific templates, guidelines, etc.

• Expert knowledge of wind foundation installation methods and heavy lift operations
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills
• BSc or MSc level engineering degree
• At least 5 years relevant experience within large scale tenders or projects in offshore renewables or equivalent environment.
• Candidates should be technical experts with good commercial understanding and have a specific focus on risk management
• Candidates will be required to exhibit good leadership qualities in the directing of personnel in line with Seaway7 values on people management
• Efficient time management skills and ability to set and meet tight deadlines
• Skilled in verbal and written English language interactions, with a keen awareness of cultural diversity, capable of guiding and collaborating with teams spread out across Seaway7's worldwide offices.
