QC Inspector (Welding/Piping)
Location:- Saudi Arabia

Within Africa, Middle East & Caspian region (AMEC), we safely execute Subsea and Conventional projects which connect seabed wellhead infrastructures to surface facilities such as platforms and floating production systems. We are actively present in a significant number of countries in Africa, Europe, Caspian Sea, Middle East and Asia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of quality construction procedures, PQP, ITP’s & Method Statement in line with Client requirements
- Participating in QMS audit as per Audit schedule at different phases of project.
- Conducting project specific training and job awareness to construction team at site.
- Conversant with international code such as AWS D 1.1 / ASME Sec I , V , VIII & IX / API / DNV
- Inspecting all onshore fabrication such as piping spool, riser ,tie in spool, structures etc.& offshore QC activity such as pipelaying, Jacket installation, Deck fabrication, Hook Up, Pre-commissioning, Flexible & Umbilical installation, etc.
- Perform a variety of document review, inspection and testing functions to verify CONTRACTOR Group compliance with Contract requirements.
- Ensuring project Quality requirements are maintained as per Client Quality requirement
- Supporting Quality function to meet KPI.
