Seaway 7 is a global leader in the delivery of bottom-fixed offshore wind farm solutions, committed to contributing to an efficient and sustainable energy supply for the future.

As a competent and experienced partner, Seaway 7 offers specialist foundation, offshore substation, submarine cable and wind turbine installation services and heavy transportation for the renewables sector.

The HR department of Seaway 7 consists of employees in the Netherlands and some colleagues abroad (Norway, Germany & England). Because of the different nationalities within the HR team we regularly speak English. We are looking for an HR-Intern who wants to join our team from February 2022 for a period of 5 - 10 months.

Your tasks consist of:

  • Point of contact for HR issues and questions;
  • Collaborate with the HR administration and HR Business Partners;
  • Process incoming mail and E-mail;
  • Participate in current and new HR projects;
  • Independently carry out HR projects.

What are we looking for?

  • Second- or third-year Human Resource Management student;
  • A good (reading, writing and speaking) command of the Dutch and English language;
  • Result-oriented team player;
  • Proactive and very accurate student (eye for detail).
