Subsea 7 is looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Talent Recruiter to join our regional Africa, Middle East and Caspian HR Talent team. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring our most important asset - our people!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the recruitment lifecycle ensuring a great candidate experience in our Africa, Middle East and Caspian countries
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns and strategy with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Act as Brand Ambassador for Employer Branding
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years working as an international technical recruiter in engineering, ideally in energy sector
- 2+ years of experience in-house recruitment environment
- Excellent experience of creative sourcing strategies
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Willing to interact with people from a variety of different cultures
- Self-driven and organised while working multiple positions across the region
- Collaborative approach across teams, functions, and locations
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
