With capabilities and an extensive expertise in project management, engineering, procurement and fabrication, Seaway 7 can deliver these services in a comprehensive array of contractual structures including Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI), (integrated) Transportation & Installation (T&I) and Balance of Plant (BoP) to our clients in the offshore wind industry.

The active fleet comprises ten vessels with two more high-specification assets, designed for the installation of next generation of wind turbine generators and foundations, under construction.

We are looking for a Project Administrator to join the Project Cost Control Team in Zoetermeer.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support in claims handling on different projects;
  • Tracking actuals, making reposting’s, correctly accounting for actuals incurred;
  • Controlling small projects and equipment utilization;
  • Compile and report on status information from multiple sources;
  • Provide ad hoc reports as requested (budget, purchasing etc.);
  • Assist Project Controller(s);
  • Update project administration;
  • Check incoming invoices and assure booked invoices are correctly coded;
  • Archiving financial documents;
  • Carry out other department related tasks when required by management.

Capability profile / Qualifications:

  • At least a BSc level (HBO);
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience;
  • Experience in a commercial and international environment;
  • Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • Good command of Dutch and English in speaking and writing;
  • Multitasking / flexible;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Positive mindset.
