Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator you provide administrative and logistical services to support the project team.

Main areas of responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager and onshore project teams with various administrative tasks as required
  • Structure and maintain the project files in compliance with company procedures/Archive
  • Day-to-day project administration
  • Correspondence
  • Preparation and organization of meetings and meeting rooms
  • Coordination of minutes for project team meetings
  • Work closely with the project management team on Monthly and Bi-Weekly Reports for the Client and ensure all updates/deliverables are completed on time
  • Organize all required business travel arrangements (e.g. flights, hotels, etc.) and keep the administration and registration thereof
  • Understanding of the process for visa/work permit applications as required
  • Inform relevant personnel and local agents about all travel arrangements and requirements in due time
  • Coordinate team events and catering for meetings when needed
  • SharePoint Site Maintenance
  • Microsoft Teams Maintenance

 

Preferred profile:

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and written)
  • MS Office
  • SharePoint
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Stress resistant, reliable, and accurate
  • Team player with service minded mentality
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail
