JOB TITLE:          UK and Global IRM HSEQ Advisor- GOM

 

REPORTS TO:      HSEQ Lead

 

LOCATION:          Onshore with occasional offshore support

 

This role forms part of the UK and Global IRM HSEQ (GOM) team and is responsible for coordinating various aspects of HSEQ activity that support the business. 

 

While supporting the wider HSEQ team to centralise, plan and record activities and information, the role will also be required to take ownership for delivery of specific tasks and associated deadlines.

 

Key Responsibilities & Activities

 

  • HSEQ system administration and maintenance of key HSEQ processes.
  • Assist with analysis of HSEQ performance at country level and development of associated reports and communications.
  • Liaise with HSEQ Lead to maintain the HSEQ Audit program for the region.
  • Assist with preparation for certification body audit program and client audits requiring support as required.
  • Coordinate regional input to initiatives for example, World Day campaigns, Work Safe Home Safe and associated reporting.
  • Assist HSEQ Lead with tender responses and support and help maintain a central repository of Tender deliverables and standard responses.
  • Perform regular follow-up on open HSEQ Synergi cases and actions that are overdue.
  • Coordinate HSEQ function delivered training to the region.
  • Support HSEQ Lead with development and administration of HSEQ Alerts.
  • Support management of UKGIRM HSEQ documents on the Business Management System.
  • Provide HSEQ Lead with administrative support as required.
  • Assist with maintenance of country ISNetworld, Veriforce and Verisource accounts.  
  • Providing support to the Customer Feedback process including but not limited to Synergi case management, analysis, reporting and follow up.
  • Worksite level HSEQ data collection and reporting.
  • Supporting vessel health checks and associated reporting.
  • Supporting HSEQ site induction process.
  • Coordinating regular site HSEQ inspections, reporting findings and verifying effective corrective action

  • Operate within the Subsea 7 Business Code of Conduct.
  • Operate according to Subsea 7 Business Management System.
  • Support standards and procedures for the HSEQ function.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

 

  • Relevant experience of HSEQ management systems gained within HSEQ administration is preferred.
  • Interest in developing further within the HSEQ function is preferred
  • Organized, analytical and systematic in approach to work.
  • Enthusiastic approach to helping solve problems and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Good all-round administration and coordination skills are essential.
  • Prepared to participate in offshore related activities as and when required. Full training will be provided.
