OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

The Employee Services Administrator supports the Human Resources (HR) Function through providing a flexible and professional HR service to Line Management and employees, through full alignment of employee related strategies, Subsea 7 policy and relevant legislation.

All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices. Additionally, creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide employee administration processing within a Shared Service team for Asia Pacific and Middle East which among others include on-boarding/off-boarding, employee life cycle, cross border transfer, employees’ documents management, leave and benefits administrations.

  • Serve as first point of contact for all HR services related issues or enquiries via phone or email.

  • Strive for effective HR operations, focused on quality and standards.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all HR data (manual & electronic).

  • Work closely with internal HR team to develop and implement quality and process improvement.

  • Drive and implement HR Projects and participate in Regional & Global HR initiatives.


KEY QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary education.

  • Preferably 5 years HR administration experience in a corporate or Share Service environment.

  • Experience working across multiple disciplines and geographical areas in HR is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office. 

  • Strong team player with ability to work with minimal supervision.
