 DESCRIPTION OF ROLE

To maintain and control Project documentation in accordance with Subsea 7's Management System processes under the guidance of the Document Control Team Lead or Nominated Mentor.

All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.

All personnel are also expected to contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Generic Key Responsibilities & Activities

• Be fully familiar and comply with the departmental requirements of the Company's critical document control systems.

• Assist in ensuring that correct procedure standards are being used and that all documents, drawings and specifications are up to date and at the correct revision, ensuring compliance to Company procedures and contractually agreed conditions.

• Maintaining a comprehensive Document Control System as required to meet the requirements of any specific project.

• To be the focal point for all Project documentation, accounting for all documentation received and transmitted.

AUTHORITY/DIMENSIONS

• Operate within the Business Code of Conduct

• Operate according to Subsea 7's Management Principles

• Support standards and procedures for the Project Services Function

KEY QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Relevant previous experience at an appropriate level in Document Control and/or similar environments

• Ideally educated to College/School Diploma level in Administration / Business Studies or another relevant subject
