Do you want to be a part our project team with involvement from preparation to execution? The role reports functionally to Planning Manager and directly to Project Services Manager on a specific project. project.

We have a vacant position as a Planning Graduate, located in Stavanger. This role is a perfect stepping-stone to becoming a Planner, ideally suited to a candidate with an engineering or administrative/financial, or similar, degree who wishes to start a career and professional development in a supportive environment. We are looking for a newly graduated candidate with up to 2 years work experience. As a Planning Graduate you get the chance to be a part of a graduate network. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in establish, maintain and follow up plans/networks and resources for new and established projects in accordance with Subsea 7 Planning procedures
  • Assist in prepare reports as requested; progress, critical paths, deviations, forecast
  • Assist in prepare schedules as requested; detailed schedules, what-if simulations
  • Actively work together with other disciplines to ensure quality in deliverables

Capability profile / Qualifications:

  • Education equal to a bachelor or master degree in engineering or administrative/financial discipline.
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of planning techniques
  • Interest in technical areas
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
  • Clear and effective oral and written communications skills. Able to communicate ideas and results to various stakeholders both in written reports and in meetings, presentations etc.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on and proactive
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Ability to contribute to a positive working environment
