Subsea 7 in Houston, TX seeks Project Cost Controller. 

Responsibilities include the following:  efficient, timely, accurate and cost effective management and delivery of cost control activities within assigned projects; continuously ensuring that a change management process is in place and is pro-active in early identification of deviations and corrective actions; analyzing variances from As Sold to Current Estimate At Completion by building a detailed monthly analysis of variances from prior forecast; set up and maintaining project WBS/NWA structure in SAP; tracking Variation Orders performance; assisting the project manager in the preparing of a monthly financial sensitivity analysis for their projects; ensuring full coherence and utilization of cost control systems for budgeting purposes and reporting key performance indicators throughout the project; calculating, explaining and booking project accruals in SAP on a monthly basis; calculating project job income based upon cost complete method on a monthly basis; ensuring that SAP accurately reflects project costs and revenue to date, including any accruals or prepayments on a monthly basis; providing monthly/full year/full revenue and job income variance analysis; issuing all project invoices and maintaining invoice register updated; preparing the revenue reconciliation on a monthly basis; researching any unbilled issues to optimize the billing possibilities for the billing period; preparing project cash flows in support of the group’s treasury requirements for cash flow forecasting; providing year-end support of auditor requirements.
