Supply Chain Transit AMEC

Location: Paris- France

We provide project management, engineering and construction expertise across the full field lifecycle. These services are delivered within three operational business units: Subsea and Conventional, Life of Field, and Renewables and Heavy Lifting.

Within Africa, Middle East & Caspian region (AMEC), we safely execute Subsea and Conventional projects which connect seabed wellhead infrastructures to surface facilities such as platforms and floating production systems. We are actively present in a significant number of countries in Africa, Europe, Caspian Sea, Middle East and Asia.

 

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Supply Chain Transit will work under supervision to provide particular, defined aspects of the Supply Chain process. This may involve the purchase of goods, services and facilities, checking invoices or other SCM functions including Administrative work for SCM Department. 

All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.

All personnel are expected to provide leadership in code of Ethics and compliance with FCPA and Bribery and Corruption Acts.

All personnel are also expected to contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES 

  • Experience in Supply Chain Logistics.
  • Experience in managing Marine Operations and Logistics.
  • Well versed with INCOTERMS 2020.
  • Well versed with Shipping Terms.
  • Good Knowledge of the local rules and regulations and Customs Formalities. Obtain permits from various Government entities.
  • Good knowledge of the local port activities.
  • Good Reporting Skills. Well versed with Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • To be based in France but able to travel to Angola during project offshore

 

AUTHORITY/DIMENSIONS

Operate within the Business Code of Conduct

  • Operate according to Subsea 7's Management Principles
  • Support standards and procedures for the Supply Chain Function

KEY QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate in any discipline. Certification in Logistics an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Logistics Operations in Angola
