Global HR Manager Services

Are you the one to deliver our People Powered future in Seaway 7? In this new role you play an important part when it comes to providing an excellent HR service to our global business. You have a role to play in aligning our legacy companies in terms of benefits, policies and reporting. 

To deliver our new organization model and support our growing business we are looking for a Global HR Manager Services join our international HR team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gather, manage, and analyse market compensation data to make strategic decisions, be always ahead with the compensation & benefits programs in our industry
  • Responsible to oversee pensions schemes and other local benefits in the Netherlands
  • Aligning reward between the different countries where possible.
  • Create, coordinate and implement STI/LTI compensation models for senior leaders on a global level
  • Advise and work with the Dutch Works council on C&B topics.

HR Services

  • Supervise the HR Services lead and make sure this team delivers a consistent service for the organisation
  • Maintain organizational structures (e.g., org charts and JD’s)

Payroll

  • Supervise the different payroll and make sure the different payrolls are in compliance with legislation and internal procedures.

Analytics

  • Design efficient processes that support the global business
  • To ensure effective monitoring practices are in place to manage risk, service delivery and data accuracy
  • Headcount reporting and providing 2-3 years deployment plans of each function
  • Responsible for supporting all HR disciplines with high data quality, efficiency in HR processes and a driver behind data driven working.

Other

  • To foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the team.
  • Build and develop a strong, team, Multiskilled in all aspects of HR over various locations, which is highly motivated and engaged

  • Functional managers

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum five years of supervision experience
  • Have progressive work experience in an international HR environment, with exposure to a broad range of HR topics in a fast-paced environment;
  • Project management skills.
  • HR systems reporting experience
  • Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Dutch)
  • Time management is key
  • The ability to deliver great customer service consistently
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets
  • Experience of Microsoft packages specifically: MS Excel (Intermediate), MS Word (Intermediate).
  • Excellent analytical skills and enjoy working with data
  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits
