Your mission

As part of the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) department, you will be responsible for initiating, formalising and supporting the deployment of the annual HSEQ action plan for the AMEC region (Africa, Middle East, Caspian).
This involves an initial diagnosis of the existing HSEQ management system and the identification of areas for improvement.
You will organise the start-up and follow-up of the action plan, in liaison with the ongoing projects, regions and work sites within the AMEC perimeter.

To do this, you will :
- Establish an initial diagnosis of the existing HSE management system applicable to the AMEC region (based on ISO 45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001),
- Analyse incidents and identify trends and areas for improvement,
- Structure and formalise the regional annual action plan,
- Structure and formalise the annual regional action plan, Roll out the action plan with all stakeholders: projects, countries and production sites.

You will also participate in :
- You will also be responsible for: - The organisation of internal awareness events (e.g. World Environment Day) interfacing with the different functions of the company,
- Consolidation of HSEQ information within the department (intranet, feedback, etc.).


Your profile

You have a degree in engineering or university equivalent, you have knowledge of risk management and ISO standards in the field of quality, health, safety and the environment. You also have technical knowledge of hazards and controls in the construction industry. 

You are looking for a work-study opportunity where you can use your strong communication skills (ability to negotiate, share and promote ideas, lead training/awareness sessions). Your creativity, autonomy and flexibility will also be essential assets to fulfil your missions.

You speak French and English fluently.


Location

The position is based in Suresnes (92) and eligible for partial teleworking.


Duration

12 month work-study contract
