Communications Specialist - AMEC

We are looking for a Communications Specialist with content planning and production experience, a storyteller mastering the skills of text, photo and video.
The role is located in Paris or Lisbon. It is an exciting time to be building the brand of Subsea 7 internally. You will play a key role in the development of the communications plans, working with key stakeholders in the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support development of internal communications strategy
- Deliver specific internal communications plans in line with the strategy
- Coordinate and engage with Human Resources, Country Managers and other key stakeholders to drive internal communications messaging
- Brand management – ensure communications activities consistently adhere to employer brand guidelines
- Provide communications advice and support to Subsea 7 functions
- Organise and support internal events as necessary
- Part of the communications team in the regional emergency response team
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
- Experience with production and design of graphic material (Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Good photo and video skills, including experience with editing and postproductions
- Has a relevant bachelor's degree from a college or university. Relevant work experience can replace education requirements
- Good understanding of the energy industry

- Ability to work independently and as part of team is essential
- Creative, autonomous, flexible and adaptable to suit nature of working in communications environment
- The position calls for a self-motivated individual capable of working under own direction
- Ability to tailor communications to diverse audiences
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
