Your role

GPC &AP is Subsea 7's centre of excellence for the execution of its large-scale projects worldwide.

Reporting to the GPC & AP Project & Operations department, you will mainly work for several project teams and in pairs.

As such, your main tasks will be as follows

- Organisation of trips/travel in France and abroad
- Organisation of Team Building/Events
- Organisation of lunch/coffee breaks
- Reception of newcomers (badge, offices, etc.)
- Inter-departmental communication for office allocation
- Management of supplies (stock/orders)

 

Your profile

- BTS Administrative Assistant in a sandwich course
- English (read, written, spoken)
- Microsoft 365 Office package (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.)
- Sense of service, rigour, respect for procedures, teamwork

 

Location

This work-study contract is based in Suresnes (92) and is eligible for partial teleworking.

September 2022
