Position Overview

The position of the Environmental Manager will focus on providing environmental support and advice to the Executive Team and the Business Units.

The Environmental Manager reporting to the HSEQ Director will work closely with the Sustainability Manager on programs regarding Ecological Impact and Eco-efficiency and drives internal environmental projects.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Advice Company’s Executive Team on the circular economy, nature inclusive design and decarbonization roadmap
  • Analyse company’s business and environmental needs and blueprint new circular business models
  • Represent company in Joint Industry Projects / Organizations, Branch Organizations and Industry Committees
  • Develop, enhance and maintain Company’s KPIs and Environmental reporting
  • Advice company on short-, mid-, and long-term environmental goals and objectives
  • Be instrumental in establishing and maintaining an environmental relationship with clients and other stakeholders
  • Analysing environmental operational data, analyse trends and new Employer environmental requirements
  • Ensure a consistent reporting in Company
  • Drive and monitor Environmental Projects in the company
  • Promote all aspects of Environment in the Company; create content, publications, webinars, podcasts, etc.
  • Collaborate with Subsea7 Group Environmental function
  • Stay informed of changing legislation and advise on impact for the company

Requirements
Type of candidates we are looking for:

  • Master or bachelor’s in environmental science or Engineering
  • Relevant years experience in function
  • Very good IT tools skills
  • Creative and result-oriented attitude
  • Strong networking, communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Passion for environment and sustainability
  • Able to work with various layers of the organization and in a team
  • Willingness to travel when required for the job.
