Are you our new HR Business Partner?

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strategic mindset who will contribute to improving the business performance and support leaders in all HR related areas. Our organisation is growing, and you will be part of a team of Business Partners, driving business value by solving HR challenges and supporting our different departments and projects.


Key responsibilities:

  • Drive and support the implementation of HR initiatives, processes, and programs, including team development and actively promote best practices & new ways of working
  • Work closely with local management teams to develop and implement the people strategy supporting the overall strategic objectives of the business

Capability profile / Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive all-round HR expertise, including a clear understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
  • Relevant education, minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant fields
  • Experience from organisational development and change processes
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to coach and advice managers
