DESCRIPTION OF ROLE


• The GPC & AP Project Data Analyst will be a centralised role supporting multiple projects or a role dedicated to one project with various key deliverables to support commercial delivery.
• All personnel are expected to adhere to local HSEQ codes and practices and Subsea 7 Code of Conduct.

SPECIFIC KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES

These shall include but not be limited to the following;

Performance Dashboards:
▪ Consultation with PMT to establish KPI’s set for the project
▪ Data handling - Structuring data sets, import/export data from various software packages
▪ Data visualisation – converting data sets into meaningful, user friendly visualisations.
▪ Proven familiarity/use of Excel (including VBA Macro function), Proarc, Primavera, PowerBi

Convergence Planning
▪ Consultation with PMT to establish the framework for brainstorming activity.
▪ Support/facilitate brainstorming activity with PMT
▪ Data handling - import/export data from various software packages to convert brainstorming work into the Convergence Plan management tool.
▪ Ad hoc support to projects to update the Convergence Plan tool as required
▪ Proven familiarity/use of Excel, Mindjet mindmanager, Klaxoon

R&O Management
▪ Consultation with PMT to establish the framework for brainstorming activity.
▪ Support/facilitate brainstorming activity with PMT
▪ Data handling - import/export data from various software packages to convert brainstorming work into the R&O management tool.
▪ Ad hoc support to projects to update the R&O Management tool as required
▪ Mathematical acumen – to process Contingency Calculations (using Monte Carlo Simulations/Excel calculations) and release plans

General Capability Profile – Knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours
▪ Degree qualification plus relevant experience in data handling
▪ Project awareness – knowledge of project commercial mechanics to be able to develop tools and process to fit.
▪ Collaborative mindset to gear efforts towards a best for project solution
▪ Good communication skills to articulate process & tools, facilitate engagement with a diverse group of contributors both internal and external to Subsea 7.
▪ Resilience/endurance to build fit for purpose solutions, customised per project, from functional templates. Iterations to deliver solutions to for project needs.
▪ Fluent in English, French or Portuguese are beneficial.

REPORTING LINES
• GPC Functional reporting line to GPC & AP Performance Manager
• PROJECT reporting line to PSM/PCM on part time basis
