HR Advisor

Location: Singapore

Subsea 7 is looking for a talented HR Advisor that will provide HR expert support to our regional HR team based in Singapore

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner business leaders in workforce planning that are aligned with their business strategies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, onboarding activities and salary proposals.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions – HR operations, stakeholder management, compensation & benefits (C&B), employee relations, performance management, learning & development and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Partner HR Lead and line managers to support key people initiatives that build talent review, employee engagement and support retention etc
  • Participates in country-level and global HR initiatives/projects and process improvement activities. There will also be opportunities to lead the roll-out of in-country and regional HR projects.
  • Support salary/benefits benchmark exercises to maintain market competitiveness
  • Support the annual compensation and performance review cycles and propose salary packages

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree qualified or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in a HR advisory or HR Generalist role
  • Prior recruitment experience is a plus
  • Proactive and good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Creative problem solving - able to suggest and develop new methods and ways of working
  • Sound communication skills – able to communicate ideas and results to various stakeholders both in written reports and in meetings, presentations etc.
  • The ability to work in a team as well as individually with a minimum of supervision
  • The ability to organize and prioritize own work and as such have responsibility for discrete work packages ongoing simultaneously
  • Understanding of clients’ needs and ability to suggest and apply “fit for purpose” solutions
