We are looking for an experienced international Payroll Controller to join our HR Team in Zoetermeer.

Your role will be supporting the ongoing delivery of payroll services across the organization in order to meet specific pay legislation and payroll accuracy. You will deliver payroll services and related program results in alignment with overall group goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate payroll changes instructions from stakeholders via SAP interfaces/reporting, spreadsheets and emails
  • Review instructions for completeness and accuracy and prepare for submission to payroll partners/systems across multiple countries
  • Maintain monthly checklists for each payroll
  • Download reports for review and preparation of reconciliation
  • Process all incoming and outgoing international assignments
  • Maintain payroll archiving
  • Prepare and track payroll invoices for approval
  • Prepare payroll journal reporting
  • Prepare all tax filings and reporting
  • Assist with maintaining payroll processing guides and communication with other HR teams
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting
  • Assist with payroll projects

  • Preferable experience with ADP, Exact and other payroll processing systems
