Your mission
We are looking graduates to join our Commercial Graduate Development Scheme (GGDS) in November/December 2022 in our Paris office.
The Scheme is a 2-year rotational programme, enabling graduates to gain experience of Subsea 7's key commercial departments of Supply Chain Management, Tendering and Contract Management. The home department for this role will be decided once training period has been completed and it is envisaged that after the rotational training period the successful candidate will return to specialize in this field.
There are four main elements:
On-the-job development
Through on-the-job training you will develop key capabilities related to Contracts, Project Control, Supply Chain Management, Business Development through rotations ranging from six months to one year in the three functions. Graduates may have the opportunity to visit the other Subsea 7 locations ranging from UK, Brazil, Malaysia, or Australia.
Formal training courses
Locally delivered training which provides the opportunity to gain deeper insights of some key aspects related to Commercial and Project Support functions.
Mentoring
You will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and support your progression. The mentor will maintain regular contact with you providing direction to help you achieve targets and goals.
Personal development
You will participate in project tasks to challenge your presentation and team building skills, as well as building a network with other Subsea 7 Graduates hired in different locations.
Your profile
Applications are now sought from degree qualified candidates who are holding a bachelor’s degree preferably in following:
- Business,
- Management,
- Law/Legal studies,
- Supply Chain Management
- Engineering with a related commercial subject
