The Business Analyst (BA) will act to support local implementation of the Global Digitalisation Team Business Applications.
This role will focus on understanding and improving the GOM office efficiency and performance through the successful embedment of the global Digitalisation programme. This will be accomplished by working across multiple regional business functions at various levels to support digital ambassadors and business managers in the implementation of new digital business processes.
This person will understand the Subsea7 business, its existing business management system and support the embedment of the process changes until digital programs value proposition is realised.
The Business Analyst will accomplish the scope by working with the global digital programs to understand the short-term impact and long-term value of each program, and then executing a holistic change management plan working across functions.
The change management plan will address awareness, desires, knowledge, abilities, and reinforcement within the region. The BA will develop a strong understanding how digital applications will disrupt current practices and then create and manage a cross functional embedment plan by working with developers, end users, and local management.

Accountabilities
Activities include but not limited to:
- Facilitating and leading workshops
- Business Process Mapping, Redesign and Blueprinting – disciplines would include Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, HR
- Support testing (developing test scripts & UAT)
- Potentially create training materials within Subsea7 Learning Management System environment
- Post Go-live support including hyper-care
- Stakeholder management
- Propose and champion best practice

Skills Experience
Essential
