Job Description:

Performing detailed analysis and design work in support of installation of subsea pipelines, umbilical and structures and moorings; ensuring that work is performed in a cost effective, timely and safe manner; performing analytical studies in order to develop safe, efficient  installation methods; analyzing project requests, proposals and engineering data to determine ability to install subsea pipelines, umbilical , structures and moorings; formulating software models to develop, evaluate or modify installation techniques according to customer engineering requirements; producing technical design and analysis reports for use by project engineering, management and clients; reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics and software generated reports; analyzing survey reports, maps, charts, drawings and other marine data to perform engineering analysis and design; confer with specialist engineers, project engineers and other technical resources to clarify or resolve problems, and to develop or modify designs.

Minimum requirements are as follows:

BS in engineering, marine architecture or closely related field and five years’ experience in subsea installation techniques and providing installation factors and criteria which may affect the architecture, cost and scheduling for development of Deepwater subsea fields.
