What are we looking for?

  • Our graduates typically have a relevant Engineering degree.

  • Professional and detailed attitude.

  • Graduates for the Cable Installation program: Technical ability and interest in professional submarine cable installation in Offshore Wind Parks.

  • Graduates for the Electrical Engineering program: Technical ability and interest in 66kV / 132 kV submarine power cables in Offshore Wind Parks.

  • Flexible and collaborative approach to changes and opportunities.

  • Ability to communicate with impact.

  • Comfortable working in a team, as well as individually.

What will your responsibilities involve?

  • Under direct supervision you will assist with production of deliverables, which may include design calculations and analysis, or the production of reports, specifications, and procedures.

  • You will be supported to consolidate your engineering knowledge, including working knowledge of design codes and standards, legislative requirements, and current best engineering practice.

  • You will address design parameters and problems; and develop and implement solutions.

  • Become aware of all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements.

  • Recognise the requirements for professional development and endeavour to achieve development goals.

  • Be committed to Seaway7 values.
