Who are we looking for? 

Due to continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Deliverables Lead to join our team in either Aberdeen – UK, Leer – Germany or Zoetermeer – The Netherlands. 

The Deliverables Lead will be responsible for managing all project interfaces regarding the Cables Installation Delivery (CID) package. The position will actively collaborate with all Project Managers to assist with the setup of the required documentation of the task plans and the delivery of the hard and software to facilitate all required documentation steps. 

The position requires you to have a strong focus on quality management processes combined with a strong technical offshore background to understand the contractual requirements of Offshore-Wind projects and company risks involved in the correct conduction of tasks within the CID Unit.

What Does the role involve? 

  • Setup of standardised documentation templates for pull-in and T&T scope with documentation software according to standard task plans from Engineering
  • Managing implementation, induction & access of documentation software within projects for CID service team and project stakeholders
  • Implementation of lessons learned from executed projects into documentation template database
  • Supporting projects with setting up their final project documentation checklists from standard documentation templates available and setting up user access and document approval flow structure within Seaway7 documentation software for all projects
  • Collection and control of CID as built data (picture documentation, test results, DPRs, etc.) together with HV supervisors as a focal point in the delivery of as installed documentation from CID work teams to the projects for as built completion
  • Assessment of cycle times and performance of HV service teams from Tower DPRs received from all projects
  • Development, implementation, and control of a process for an automated cycle time assessment tool from completed tower DPRs within Seaway7 software or other methods available
  • Responsible for provision/collection of harmonized documentation hardware setup and preparation for site activities for/from all projects and maintaining an overall overview of systems in circulation
  • Provision of regular reports on performance and cycle time KPIs to Pull in and T&T Manager and Business units
  • Supporting projects in the start-up phase from onshore & offshore (short term trips only) to ensure proper functioning of the soft- and hardware and familiarize offshore teams with the usage of the system and project deliverables to be completed for scope of work

What do you need to have? 

  • Detailed knowledge and experience of the high-voltage and/or medium-voltage electrical equipment and cable installation systems documentation requirements within the offshore wind industry
  • Relevant work experience in a similar position in the offshore wind industry with focus on document control and quality requirements
  • Willingness to travel or work offshore for short term trips only (for induction purposes only)
  • Ability to maintain focus on the high-level overview and priorities
  • Service orientated to projects with strong focus on resolving conflicts and providing support to projects to improve overall deliverables recording process.
  • Strong communicator to all kinds of stakeholders
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Medical fitness to train in courses to be able to work offshore for short rotations
