As a HSEQ Graduate you will join the Quality or the HSE department.

The departments

HSE:
The function contributes to Health, Safety and Environment within our projects, operations and supply chain. The HSE Department is basically involved in all project HSE matters. The jobholder will provide a support function to Norway project management, ensuring adequate HSE support and input. The jobholder will promote the use of professional HSE tools, HSE processes, HSE principles, and objectives.

Quality:
This function contributes to the Quality Assurance and Quality Control within our Projects, operations & our vast, global supply chain, supporting projects to ensure a range of complex products are delivered and installed ‘right first time’. The Quality department provides assurance, guidance and advice in regard to the effective management of Quality Assurance and Quality Control; delivering project quality management and improvement support our business.

A graduate career at Subsea7 is a challenging environment, but equally, it is a fully supportive and dynamic place to work. We are looking for graduates in the areas of BSc/MSc/MBA in HSEQ segments or apprenticeship/technical college. 

The Graduate Development Programme allows the graduates to gain a variety of experiences, which include various training sessions and networking events in addition to on-the-job development. All graduates are assigned a buddy.
