What is the role?

Seaway7 are looking for an Administrative Assistant on an up to 6 month temporary basis to support the Vessel Management department with administrative activities. This is a part-time role covering 20hrs per week based in the Zoetermeer office.

What will your responsibilities involve?

  • Assist with Protective Personal Clothing distribution.
  • Perform administrative duties for the Vessel Management Department members.
  • Provide intranet management where applicable.
  • Electronic document filing
  • Support any travel arrangements required by the department and management team..

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum Secondary Vocational level of education.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position.
  • Excellent computer skills (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint).
  • Knowledge of AMOS is a preference.
  • Good knowledge of oral and written English.
  • Accurate with a good typing speed
  • Able to work independently.
