We are a global company headquartered in Oslo - Norway with five further main offices in Aberdeen – UK, Leer – Germany, Vejle - Denmark, Taipei - Taiwan and Zoetermeer - the Netherlands, and furthermore a local presence in all key offshore wind regions around the world. What is the role?

To act as package manager or project manager focused on mission equipment design and construction on our existing or new ships.  We are lifting and shifting weights up to 5000 t and hammering with 4 megajoule impact.  You will be coordinating directly with suppliers or internally with other discipline engineers, supply chain management, QC, planning or document control. We are developing our ships and equipment from concept through to EPC with the help of the best suppliers in the market.

What experience are we looking for?

  • BSc or MSc Mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience
  • Fluent English
  • Experience within design, construction, or operation of large machinery within the fields of:
    • Mechanical engineering
    • Electro-hydraulic systems
    • Automation
  • Project manager or package manager experience from similar projects
  • Competence in one or more of the following Standards and Engineering Software is an advantage:
    • DNV rules or other class rules related to marine operations
    • ISO standards relating to heavy machinery for offshore use
    • AutoCAD/Inventor
