We are looking for a Digitalisation & Group Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team in Sutton, London on an initial 12 month contract.

The position of Digitalisation & Group Learning & Development Coordinator will report dually to the Group Learning Systems Lead and the Head of PMO to support our Digitalisation Learning Programme.

What will you be doing?

Learning & Development

  • Work with the trainers and SME’s to organise and agree training delivery dates for webinar and in-person training delivery
  • Create events and sessions in Cornerstone LMS
  • Coordinate attendance lists
  • Manage and distribute reporting as required
  • Manage and distribute delegate feedback as required
  • Work with system super admins to resolve technical difficulties across systems
  • Coordinate shared inbox queries

Digitalisation

  • Support the Digitalisation team with SharePoint, slide packs and system updates as required
  • Work with team to ensure consistency in training approach across Digitalisation initiatives
  • Support Digitalisation Subject Matter Experts with editing / preparing training materials (e.g. training decks, users guides)

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a matrix organisation
  • Cornerstone experience desirable (however if not, other LMS experience is essential)
  • Has worked in a Learning and Development function that delivers blended solutions
  • Has a passion for data
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications, particularly in PowerPoint and Sharepoint
