We are looking for an enthusiastic Compensation & Benefits Administrator to join our HR Resource Centre team in the Westhill office on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be required to perform a variety of administrative tasks supporting the Benefits & Reward Team.  Applicants must have the ability to prioritise workload, be open to work on a variety of tasks and will be friendly and approachable.

What will you be doing?

  • Performs administrative tasks including generating routine reports
  • Maintenance of people data in SAP to ensure the accurate reflection of employee benefits choices
  • Preparing and uploading employee data files to benefit provider platforms
  • Responding to a high volume of employee queries on a diverse range of company benefits
  • Communicates directly with employees, wider HR Teams and benefits providers
  • Supporting regular benefits communication activities in order to promote the onshore benefits offerings available
  • May be required to perform basic numerical, statistical and financial analysis
  • Providing administrative support to the UK benchmarking process
  • Documenting processes and procedures
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant functional policies, process and procedures
  • Other additional administrative tasks as required to support the HRC team

 

What experience would we like you to have?

  • General Education: Educated to Higher, HND or equivalent level
  • Good general administration skills with great attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates a good level of initiative with the ability to identify and highlight potential issues in advance of problems arising
  • Able to prioritise a complex workload and manage customer expectations accordingly
  • Able to work with highly confidential information, deliver with discretion and maintain the trust of client groups
  • Previous experience of SAP, or similar people management system desirable
  • Confident with technology, extensive working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite including Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, innovative in approach and customer focussed
  • Experience of working in a Comp & Bens environment, desired but not essential
