WHAT IS THE ROLE?

Seaway7 is looking for a full-time Senior Planner, offered on a permanent basis. 

Located in our Taipei office, the Senior Planner will support the delivery of projects globally, providing transport & installation planning as required.

 

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INVOLVE?

  • Provide planning support as required by other departments (project, tendering and operations)
  • Represent Seaway 7 in planning matters with clients
  • Set up and maintain master schedules and offshore schedules
  • Provide target planning to support performance measurement
  • Setting up of progress monitoring and forecasting systems to suit clients’ requirements
  • Prepare as built, hind castings and norms
  • Manage data for planning purposes
  • Collaborate with colleagues and help professionalising the Planning Department

 

WHAT EXPERIENCE DOES THE ROLE REQUIRE?

  • Minimum HTS (BSc.) level
  • Previous experience within a planning function
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Experienced planning software user (preferably Primavera P6)
  • Team player, accurate, flexible and pro-active mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written
  • Willing to go offshore
