WHAT IS THE ROLE?
Seaway7 is looking for a full-time Senior Planner, offered on a permanent basis.
Located in our Taipei office, the Senior Planner will support the delivery of projects globally, providing transport & installation planning as required.
WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INVOLVE?
- Provide planning support as required by other departments (project, tendering and operations)
- Represent Seaway 7 in planning matters with clients
- Set up and maintain master schedules and offshore schedules
- Provide target planning to support performance measurement
- Setting up of progress monitoring and forecasting systems to suit clients’ requirements
- Prepare as built, hind castings and norms
- Manage data for planning purposes
- Collaborate with colleagues and help professionalising the Planning Department
WHAT EXPERIENCE DOES THE ROLE REQUIRE?
- Minimum HTS (BSc.) level
- Previous experience within a planning function
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
- Experienced planning software user (preferably Primavera P6)
- Team player, accurate, flexible and pro-active mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written
- Willing to go offshore
