All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.
All personnel are also expected to contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.
The HSE Graduate shall provide in-office HSE support, coordinating improvement projects with other HSE team members of GPC & AP KL Office and other HSE initiatives, including but not limited to HSEQ Communications, TBT and induction coordination. The HSE Coordinator will also ensure regulatory compliance of the office to related regulations.
The HSE Graduate will assist in GPC & AP Asia onshore and offshore projects as and when there are gaps in allotment of specific HSE personnel dedicated to such projects.
SPECIFIC KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES
These shall include but not be limited to the following;

Coordinate office Tool-Box-Talk by engaging other functions to participate with relevant topics to be shared during the TBT

Encourage and monitor HSEQ Digital Card submission with regular communication on the statistics via HSEQ Communication

Coordinate with HR on new hires / new transfers HSE Induction and minimum safety training

Assist HSE Manager in managing HSEQ Share Point site

Coordinate the Safety & Health Committee for KL Office

Technical support to WIN and Execute side of the business

Implementation/compliance and alignment of HSE programs, policies, processes and procedures within Subsea7

Support audit/assessment programme

Prepare regular management report

Managing Non-Conformances, facilitate root-cause analysis corrective actions (RCCA) process, and ensure effective implementation of solutions to prevent recurrence.

Work in conjunction with Supply Chain Management to assess suppliers

Help with the development and implementation of continuous improvement of the Subsea7 operations
-
Provide support on the development and maintenance of Business Management System (BMS) within the region

Recognizes the objectives for professional development
