Seaway7 is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator on a full time, staff basis, situated within our Zoetermeer office.

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for the Four Core Pillars of the Accounts Payable department: processing vendor invoices, handling vendor queries, processing employee expenses, and verifying new and amended vendor details in the system.  These tasks require the ability to combine accuracy and speed so that large volumes of work can be processed efficiently.



  • Ensuring that the processing of all invoices is performed accurately, in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handling vendor queries by email or telephone
  • Reviewing employee expenses and ensuring compliance with the company’s travel and expenses policy
  • Collecting physical post and hard copies of expenses when required
  • Supporting with vendor creation and changes, paying particular care to bank detail verification
  • Working closely with other members of the AP team and Management to ensure the provision of an effective standard of service to Seaway 7’s suppliers and internal clients
  • Ensuring that all relevant company processes and procedures are adhered to
  • Performing any other ad-hoc tasks as, and when, required
  • Ensures financial data is accurate, on-time and complete
  • Other tasks may be introduced when the 4 Core Pillars are completed with accuracy

  • At least Secondary Vocational level (MBO)
  • Minimal 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to accurately process large volumes of work in a short timeframe
  • A professional which is inspired by “One Seaway 7” being paramount to the achievement of the company’s long term strategic growth
  • Highly energized and motivated, determined to keep pace
  • Deadline-oriented and able to work in a time-sensitive setting with an eye for details
  • Good communicator in English (both spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of Dutch or German (reading) is desired
  • Good computer skills (Outlook & Excel)
  • SAP knowledge/experience is desired but not mandatory
  • Experience in an international company is desired but not mandatory
