The Graduate Engineer Development Programme

The Graduate Development Programme allows the graduates to gain a variety of experiences, which include formal training sessions and on-the-job development, spanning from detailed design engineering to opportunities to work offshore.

Qualifications:

Our engineering graduates typically have an engineering degree within one of the following areas: Mechanical, Civil, Geotechnics, Structural, Marine/Naval Technology, Material Technology, Power distribution, Offshore Technology, Energy and Environmental Engineering or Applied Physics and Mathematics.
