Position Overview 

  • Responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate delivery of Offshore Personnel / Logistics service to customers within area of responsibility 
  • Understands and maintains crew rotation to ensure accurate skill levels are delivered to the vessels. 
  • Work with 3rd party agencies to select qualified contractors to support the projects where necessary. 
  • Ensures proper training records are kept for staff and 3rd party personnel. 
  • Effectively book travel via travel agents and equip offshore personnel with their itineraries in a timely fashion. 
  • Works well under pressure and with flexibility.  
  • Input all offshore time accurately into SAP and assure proper approvals are made in alignment with the payroll schedule. 
  • Begin understanding the crew members background and strengths to help support Crewing Manager in proper crew building for project success. 
  • Understands and assists with new hire induction. 
  • Supports invoice review for 3rd party personnel. 
  • Provides advice and guidance on the application of Offshore Personnel / Logistics policies and procedures. 
  • Ensures delivery within own area of responsibility operates within the requirements of all relevant employment legislation. 
  • Supports the recruitment and selection personnel process within assigned area of responsibility. 
  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance of data (manual and electronic). 
  • Maximizes use of Information Systems to ensure delivery of accurate and timely information to customers. 
  • Develops self and encourages development of others. 
  • All personnel are also expected to contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct. 

 

Preferred Experience and Education 

  • Skills typically acquired through on the job competency assessment, IT proficiency, highly customer focused with good communication skills verbally and written. 
  • Relevant previous experience at an appropriate level. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  • SAP, ISN, DISA experience preferable.
