Subsea7 is seeking to hire a HR Process Mapper based out of either the Sutton or Aberdeen office for a short-term contract to support the business with a SuccessFactors Transformation.  The majority of the work can be delivered remotely although some workshop attendance in Sutton or Aberdeen may be required.

Subsea7 are embarking on a programme of work to transition their current ERP system business processes from SAP ECC6 to SAP S4 and SAP SuccessFactors.​ The programme will be split into two linked programmes as follows: the Finance and SCM scope moves to S4 and the HR scope moves to SuccessFactors. Both programmes will run in parallel, be closely linked in strategy and execution and report into single joint Programme Direction and Executive Steering groups. The S4 programme started early 2023 with the SuccessFactors programme due to start late November 2023.​

The SuccessFactors programme will be of one year duration, following a Greenfield fit-to-standard approach. Modules in scope for design and deployment are Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Succession and Performance.  Subsea7 will engage a Service Integrator (SI) and a change management organisation to work with our IT and business teams to design, build, test and deploy the SuccessFactors solution.​

What will your responsibilities involve?

  • This role is responsible for working with the business and external consultants to map out “to-be” L4 and L5 processes across HR using Visio.
  • Creating end-to-end process maps for the operational teams
  • Helping to identify potential risks and issues in business processes.
  • Identifying and analysing the business processes that need to be improved and drive operational excellence initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver any training required on new processes.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the efficiency of processes as required.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience process mapping across HR to Level 5 (ideally within an HRIS project)
  • Experience using Visio (or similar process mapping Tool)
  • Good understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
  • Good understanding of Human Resources Information Systems particularly SAP
