Subsea7 has an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join the team based in our Singapore office on a full time, staff basis.

As a HR Coordinator you will provide day-to-day HR support for our global offshore crew, working closely with HR Advisors. This is a diverse role and includes supporting all HR activities across the full employee life cycle.

 

What will your responsibilities involve?

  • Ensuring timely and accurate input of data into HRIS for monthly payroll.
  • Maintenance of crew data in HRIS to reflect new starts, leavers, compensation changes, record changes etc.
  • Creation and maintenance of personnel files.
  • Issuance of contracts of employment in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Generate and issue formal communication and correspondence to offshore crew.
  • Monitor and update employee movement, including absence management.
  • Benefits administration such as enrolment and deletion of records under the insurance scheme.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant functional policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate response to crew queries.

 

What are we looking for?

  • You will possess a Diploma or tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Demonstrable experience in HR Coordination.
  • Attention to detail in and ability to check and verify data entries.
  • Experience using HRIS system, SAP or Success Factors is advantageous.
  • Experience supporting a global workforce and in a shared services model.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate a good level of initiative with the ability to identify and highlight potential issues in advance of problems arising.
  • Able to prioritize workload and manage expectations.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Mail Merge.
  • HR experience with Crewing or Crewing experience within HR is desirable but not essential.
