Subsea7 are looking for a Recruitment Administrator on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis to further enhance our UK based recruitment team.  The role has become available following internal career progression opportunities.  The Recruitment Administrator will manage all aspects of the recruitment process for multiple business units in multiple locations.  As our organisation grows and evolves, we need to continue to attract and engage the best talent. 

Working in partnership with HR Teams, Managers and Recruiters, you will support our recruitment service. This is an ideal position for someone looking to develop a career within an internal recruitment environment.

 

What will your responsibilities involve?

  • Facilitate the promotion of all positions through appropriate mediums, including company website, job boards and recruitment partners.
  • Arrange interviews, assist with preparation of interview assessment forms, book interview rooms and travel if required for candidates.  You may also occasionally attend interviews as required.
  • Support the organisation of events both internally and externally. (Careers Fairs, University Open Days, Graduate Recruitment Days, STEM Events).
  • Support recruiters with direct resourcing activities by undertaking research activities to identify candidates through sources such as LinkedIn recruiter and screening of applicants details against job requirements as required.
  • Contributes to innovations and improvements in the recruitment process as necessary to ensure our ways of working evolve with changing market conditions.

What are we looking for?

  • You should have experience in a similar role, ideally within recruitment, working in a fast-paced environment which involves handling a high volume of work.
  • You should be a confident communicator, comfortable dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders and candidates across various levels, disciplines, and nationalities.
  • We see our team as the key to our success so you will be a good collaborator, willing to contribute and support us to reach our goals.
  • You will need to be organised, with an ability to prioritise your workload during periods of high volume, as well as conflicting and changing priorities.
  • You should have a good working knowledge of IT systems and be able to pick these up quickly.
