Subsea7 are seeking a SuccessFactors Integration Lead to join our SuccessFactors project team. This role will be based in Westhill, Aberdeen on a contract basis on initial 6 month contract.

Subsea7 are embarking on a programme of work to transition their current ERP system business processes from SAP ECC6 to SAP S4 and SAP SuccessFactors.

The programme will be split into two linked programmes as follows: the Finance and SCM scope moves to S4 and the HR scope moves to SuccessFactors. Both programmes will run in parallel, be closely linked in strategy and execution and report into single joint Programme Direction and Executive Steering groups. The S4 programme started early 2023 with the SuccessFactors programme due to start late November 2023.

The SuccessFactors programme will be one-year duration following a Greenfield, Fit to Standard approach. Modules in-scope for design and deployment are Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Succession, Performance.  

Subsea7 will engage a System Integrator (SI) and Change Management organisation to work with our IT and Business teams to design, build, test and deploy the S4 and SuccessFactors solution.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Collate and document all 3rd party application integrations required for the SF Transformation programme
  • Support the design, build and test of 3rd party application integrations to SF
  • Manage the deployment of 3rd party application integrations to SF
  • Engage and lead resources in planning, testing and delivering the 3rd party applications integration to SF
  • Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication and issue resolution to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the delivery phase
  • Provides status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement for repeatable successful cutover delivery for each region

 

What experience would we like you to have?

  • Experience of working with and managing an SI partner
  • Prior experience of managing the delivery of 3rd party application integration to SF
  • Strong business influencing skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills and can interface across a spectrum of stakeholders
  • Pro-active, self-driven, forward looking and collaborative
  • Knowledge of project management methods, such as PRINCE2 and PMP
