Performance Analyst

 Reports to: Vessels Performance Manager

 

The Performance Analyst is responsible for collecting data, developing performance measurement frameworks and analyse the performance of our GPC East vessels.

The Performance Analysis will be directly reporting to the Vessels Performance Manager and will be working in conjunction with other support departments.

All personnel are also expected to contribute to creating a culture of ethics and integrity within Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to our Code of Conduct.

 

Key Responsibilities & Activities

  • Source, collect and extract data that is accurate and fit for purpose, working with project planners & vessels teams.
  • Analyse data and use this analysis to create compelling evidence-based and actionable data stores.
  • Identify significant deviations to performance expectations via vessel performance reviews.
  • Make sure data collected and analysis is of high quality and accuracy but easy to manage and understand.
  • Maintain good track records of all project’s schedules, including the data of operational stand-by, breakdowns, M&Rs, etc.
  • Issue a monthly report per vessel with the performance data collected and information treated to clearly highlight the points of improvement in terms of performance.
  • Identify and communicate trends and priorities that will be discussed with regional management.

 

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

  • Third-level technical or similar university degree, with 2 years of experience in offshore industry and offshore experience from subsea construction vessels
  • Proven ability to solve operational problems without supervision and deliver effective results.
  • Contribute to creating and managing a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea 7, providing safety leadership and championing Subsea 7's critical safety behaviours.
  • Strong sense of accountability
  • Strong organisational capacities
  • Outstanding communication
  • Fluent in English, French is appreciated.
