Overview of Role:

The HSE (Heatlh, Safety and Environment) Graduate supports the Country HSE management topics in daily basis. The graduate will be responsible for managing HSE deliverables on various topics which have been listed, but not limited down in the Specific Key Responsibilities and activities part.

This role will require close working with the Country HSE Manager, and with other functions such as Operations, HR (Human Resources), Facilities, SCM (Supply Chain Management) during some preparations, execution phases of the required task.

Graduate will support Country HSE manager in activities executed in Country related and required support on all projects. The role may also involve work onshore during execution phases or supporting other onshore HSE resources for the Project. This will require verification activities including auditing and inspections where safe to do so.

Specific Key Responsibilities & Activities

  • Daily HSE topics will be followed and executed under the provision of Country HSE manager.
  • Weekly HSE forecast report will be prepared and submitted.
  • Keeping and updating KPI registers, for Subsea7 and sub-contractors.
  • S7 incentive sheme related system to be followed such as Safety Awards register, and prepare the certificates, and organize the day.
  • Office and worksites related routine checks, inspections, audit, planing to be prepared and followed with Facilities.
  • Prepare, communicate and organize the HSE events with related parties, either internal or external.
  • Personnel Training register to be prepared, updated and follow up.
  • Trainings to be organized, and given.
  • All work related registers routine checkes, updates and planning to be executed.
  • Emergency Response Plan to be reviewed understood and all necessery actions to be followed.
  • Updating the HSE announcement board,
  • TR Legal requirements to be followed.
  • Preparing, investigating the incident, Accident, Near miss report.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Candidate should be fluently speaking and writing in English.

IOSH, NEBOSH or at least C Class HSE Certification given by Ministry of Labor.

Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and preferably Environmental issues.

Preferably mobile – could require travel for safety tours,visits at onshore workplaces.

Knowledge of Turkish Occuptional Health and Safety Law and regulations.

Good in communication.

Good in Microsoft package.
